There is an internet forum where people discuss what the carrier frequencies could be. Here is the link:

Hi Lucy,

I haven't started neurofeedback yet. I only had the qEEG assessment done. I intend to tell my experience with it after I get started.

It is probably a good idea to stick with neurofeedback only, since it is helping you a lot.

From what I have studied, neurofeedback is very powerful and has helped a lot of people.
Some people use it to improve their meditation, which seems to make meditation deeper and more powerful. The good thing about neurofeedback is that you don't need to rely on your subjective experience in order to know how deep you are during your meditations. It shows you exactly where you are.

Good luck with your sessions.

Hi JB,

Lately, after I started doing routine physical exercises, I can’t really say if the “extra” anxiety that sometimes I have is due to Holosync. I suspect that sometimes it is.

Neurofeedback is something that really interests me. It looks promising for anxiety treatment. The good thing about it is that you know where you are at. With meditation, you feel that you are relaxed, but you don’t really know if it is just a superficial relaxation or if you are really deep on the brain waves.

With neurofeedback, you learn exactly what you have to do (how to breath, thought patterns, types of relaxation, etc) to feel calmer.

Coincidentally, I had my first qEEG assessment done today, before I read your message, in preparation for neurofeedback sessions!
