In this website you will find my experience with brainwave meditation, also called brainwave entrainment.

Brainwave entrainment means making the brain frequency resonate in accordance with an external stimulus. In case of binaural beats, this is obtained by certain specific sound frequencies being input in each ear.  This technology makes the brain create the brainwave frequencies corresponding to deep meditative states, i.e., alpha, theta and delta frequencies.

I want to share my experience with this type of meditation and also to discuss other techniques to help get the most out of brainwave meditation with the objective of facilitating whatever result one intends to obtain, be it emotional or physical healing, enhanced creativity, greater awareness, personal growth, deeper meditative states, among others.

I am using a program called Holosync, from Centerpointe Research Institute. If you are also a Holosync user or if you are following a similar program, you will find the content of this website useful to your progress and perhaps the experiences that I am having similar to those you have been through.
